Employee-Driven Innovation: A New Approach

Employee-Driven Innovation develops research within the fields of learning, innovation and employees at work. It is this unique focus on employees in relation to innovation and learning and vice versa, which distinguishes this anthology from many other conceptualizations of and approaches to innovation.
