We all know what the yellow light of death (YLOD) is by now and we all know by now that its a pain to deal with. Its not fun when your 400 dollar PS3 just refuses to turn on. This guide will show you how to fix a PS3 YLOD. For reference I will be fixing a 40GB PS3. This tutorial will be slightly more brief than others, but the idea will be explained and most of the breakdown will be shown in picture form.
