About the Author:
Timothy George Hare RA MA was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture Degree in the USA, and studied architecture in London and Australia. Hare also worked with architects there, as well as working in Manhattan, New England, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New England. Hare earned a Master of Arts Degree in History in 1994.
The combination of his rare talents with a pen, and his professional interest in architecture, has led to his art becoming his main avocation in his retirement.
Hare’s limited edition lithographic series of historic buildings in has enabled historical groups and non-profit groups in Australia and the USA to raise funds for the preservation of their antique architectural heritage. Hare has been active in the promotion and preservation of antique architecture around the world, including helping to save Grand Central Station in New York City.
