Description

I was following a drug dealer, I reported movements to the police then after weeks of the dealing still happening I went to the Police to find out. He was a Police Informant. A person who had threatened to murder me, he couldn't be touched as his file said DO NOT PICK UP.

I was confronted by what I saw a system that many didn't even know about. An area of the law where these drug runners that I saw were by the Police Sergeant I spoke too unable to be arrested.

I was doing the research, May 2012, well these couple of guys that allegedly had threatened my life were giving evidence about other drug dealing, this was to keep their alleged drug operation going with alleged protection.

The Crown case for Phuong NGO depended to a large extent on the evidence of two alleged accomplices who had been granted immunity from prosecution.

In the seven years coming to trial there were four trials - two were aborted, and another resulted in a hung jury. It is interesting to note that the person who actually fired the shots that killed Newman has not been found.

Report on the Court Case Police Vs Phuong Ngo, the alleged evidence that they missed or the facts were not researched enough. Allegedly where these two major items that were misinterpreted through the items not being researched enough was part of the case allegedly that goaled Phuong Ngo for the murder of John Newman MP on the 5 September 1994.

The Kings Cross Sting in 2009 was the joining forces for bringing a Museum to Kings Cross, to celebrate the lives of all the people affected by the alleged Abe Saffron Legacy "Informer Madame X". I saw the drug dealers faces first hand something that the police may not have known who was dealing the drugs, by the alleged drug runners on the ground to the people behind that never seem to get caught. These faces, became the mugshots from Facebook for The Kings Cross Sting to expose.

It's not just the drug running, these alleged dealers threaten, extort, have images of themselves with guns on facebook and if they get away with it than we need to work out how to fix the problem.

I document, the stories that were told. I have looked at the evidence, this has been a journey, Abe Saffron Legacy the Museum of The Kings Cross Sting exposing, the human cost, the life of so many that fought against the drugs. Juanita Nielsen, Donald Mackay, John Newman, Prime Minister Harold Holt, Harold Twyrell, Luna Park Ghost Train Fire, Graeme Thorpe, Christopher Dale Flannery, Tony Jones, and the many others that the VICE world touched to stay undetected.

On 14th April 2009, Judge David Patten delivered his report on the Inquiry into the Conviction of Phuong Canh Ngo for the murder of John Newman. Judge Patten found: "... that nothing ... casts doubt upon, or raises, a sense of unease or disquiet in respect of the conviction of Mr Ngo."

You will be able to go through the report and notice the differences for yourself. Even noticing how these two major points affected the outcome.
YOU be the JUDGE!
