Description
In 1996 Tony Harrison is an Observer in the Fleet Air Arm and is flying Sea King helicopters on exercise in the Northern Atlantic. Lieutenant Charles Bradshaw is flying combat missions against the Japanese Navy in his F4F-4 Wildcat over the Pacific Ocean in 1942. One day their worlds collide and the adventure begins.
The war against the Japanese is raging across the Pacific, but on a small Island, inhabited by simple Polynesian natives, something far more sinister is afoot. A US plane spotter mysteriously disappears. Father Matthew, an Irish missionary, is cast out from the only village to fight for survival alone in the jungle, but quickly meets an ally in the form of Frank, an American enigma who takes the Holy Father under his wing. A young girl is left stranded on a deserted beach after the Australian sailors that rescued her from Java are all killed in a Japanese bombing raid and finally, the local fishermen are starting to disappear as the Japanese Army moves across the island. Harry must tread carefully if he is to survive.
But this is just the beginning of his adventures and the trilogy includes all three books; Time and Again, Frozen in Time and Time to Reflect. As the story unfolds you will be taken through time and across continents, meeting fresh allies and encountering foes both new and old. From the Pacific war of 1942, across the frozen continent of Antarctica to the Western Front in 1917, Harry and his friends will fight to save themselves and to counter plots that threaten the world’s environmental and financial security.
As the climax approaches, all the antagonists gather for the final confrontation that could rock the foundations of modern society. Who will come out on top? Can good triumph over evil and who will be left standing as the curtain falls?
This complete trilogy will answer all those questions. Harry’s private conflicts have stretched over ten years, but time knows no bounds and builds no barriers. As we look back over his past, and indeed our own, could we have hoped for more? It poses the question: If time were a mirror, would you like your reflection?
