CALEB STONE is a paranormal action/romance novella.
Caleb Stone might be a senior at Keene ValleyHigh but he is also a Jaguar Shapeshifter, and is preparing for the fight of his life. The same Rogue shifters who captured his father were now coming after him, and the Order of Raen will stop at nothing to accomplish their goal. Not only does he have to protect himself, but he must also protect, Lauren Taliesen, the pale haired Witch who disrupted his life and stole his heart. He killed another shifter to save her once and will do it again, even if it means he will never be accepted by his Jaguar Clan.

~~~ From Caleb Stone…
Caleb began scanning the area and noticed a metal building sitting about fifty yards from the big rink. He didn't even realize he’d started moving toward it until he stood at the open gate. It was another rink, smaller than the main one but still a good size. He heard music and the slight scrape of blades on ice. He walked inside and the graceful figure spun past him, her scent leaving a soft trail that he desperately wanted to follow. The black tights and top were in stark contrast with the long pale braid hanging down her back. She must‘ve noticed him because she made a slow turn and all but floated over to where he was standing. Her face was clear and smooth. She had the most beautiful eyes he’d ever seen. They were amethyst. “Hello,” said the soft voice, “you’re Caleb Stone, and I’ve watched you run.”
“I . . . ah . . . I'm . . . e . . . excuse me,” stuttered Caleb, You’ve watched me run?
“Well, I guess I should say I've watched you practice. Sometimes I sit on the rock ledges above Bodiford Lane when you’re running.”
Caleb stared at the beautiful face. “I seem to be at a disadvantage here, you know who I am but I have no idea who you are.”
“Oh, I'm sorry, there’s no reason you would know who I am. My name is Lauren . . ., Lauren Taliesin.”
Caleb looked at her extended hand as if he’d never seen a human hand before. Sucking air through his nostrils he took the smooth hand in his and felt the tingling start at the base of his skull. No, it was the same tingling he felt just before he shifted. He jerked his hand back, turned toward the door, and ran as if his life depended on it.
