Financial Market Theory: Notes

These notes are taken from material routinely covered in a survey course on the Theory of Financial Markets offered during the past eight years to undergraduates at the university of Virginia. These notes were put together for the sole purpose of making my life easier in the classroom. There are four subjects discussed: Default Free Securities, Modern Portfolio Theory, Financial Leverage, and Derivatives.
