The country of Senegal proved an interesting final destination. Dakar proved to be perhaps the most modern city I had visited in Africa, but not without it's hassles and touts as well. Join me as I get chased around the capital by strange men!
I then take a journey north to St Louis, a fascinating colonial outpost set on a couple of islands where the fishermen are plenty and the water is turned off during the day! I also survive one of the longer and more painful journeys of my life to get there.
Senegal is the end, the final chapter not just for Volume Three and Africa, but for the story that was Dhaka to Dakar. It was my journey. Please share it with me.
