Horatia runs a clock shop in a run-down arcade in the middle of Dublin. Her friends despair of her lack of love life, so they’re thrilled when a mysterious stranger comes to get a watch repaired and invites her to the launch of a hot new restaurant.

Her friend Sally comes up with a plan to use Horatia’s new found connection to get some free publicity for the floundering arcade, and they find themselves pulled into a world of wealth, paparazzi and Cold War themed restaurants.

But when the Iron Curtain falls, will their plan work?
