The Trucker

Cyd Lorillard, a court clerk, is disenchanted with her job and is considering plans to change her life. An attorney, one of the court regulars, invites her to lunch for the express purpose of introducing her to his friend, Dan. Dan is a trucker and he ends up taking Cyd for the ride of her life. He is not forthcoming with personal information, but she becomes fascinated with him. This causes her to embark on an excursion into the murky world of her plans, her feelings, Dan's feelings, other women, his business, and his family. Cyd and Dan manage to keep on truckin'...
