STUDIES ON THE OPERATIONAL RISK MANAGEMENT OF COMMERCIAL BANKING IN CHINA

Under the topic of operational risk management of commercial banks, this book describes the concept, classification, feature and measurement of operational risk, analyses the operational risks of commercial banks in China by indicators such as loss probability and loss scale, studies the causes of operational risks of domestic banks with respect to the corporate governance, organization framework, business process, asset structure, external regulation and market discipline ， and shows the problem in operational risk management of domestic commercial banks and the disparity from advanced counterparts. On the basis of analysis, this book designs and discusses the scheme for operational risk management of commercial banks with reference to foreign experience.
