Chasing the Rainbow

In the sunny County of Sussex, on the south east corner of England, snow is not a very common event, even less so in July, in the height of a summer heatwave. So when 12-year-old Gyp wakes up early one morning to find snow falling outside his window, of course he has to investigate.

His venture into this odd situation leads him and his Welsh friend, Jeff, on an amazing adventure over the rainbow, and into the heights of the cloud Nimbus, where the Nimbosian people are at war with the evil Cloudies. Deep in battle, their weapons of choice include shock rods, flying bubbles and even the weather…
