Brought up by two scientists to believe that anything is possible, Ben, Alicia, Sam, and Derek are able to manipulate the air and space around them in ways that defy the laws of physics. For the most part, the teenagers put their abilities aside and live normal lives. But when assassins destroy their high school lives, they will realize that their manipulation marks them as players in a very dangerous game, a game of international terrorist organizations, high-stake deception, and deadly mind control.

After their normal lives are ripped away, the teenagers head to New York City to both escape the KP terrorists coming after them and also to try infiltrate their organization. But what they'll soon discover is that their guardians haven't quite told them everything- in the world of quantem manipulation, nothing is what it seems: allies and enemies are indistinguishable, sanity can be broken in moments, and manipulation itself will prove to be self-destructive above all else.
