David Virgin
David Virgin was born in Dublin 1962 and is a rock'n'roll, folk and blues musician and songwriter. He has recorded and toured extensively, sharing the stage with Nick Cave, Billy Bragg, Cat Power, INXS, John Cooper Clarke, Jonathan Richman, Mary Black and many others over the years.
Away from music, David has studied Family Therapy and has worked in the field of Counselling. He is a practitioner and teacher of the martial art Hapkido, and his hobbies include the archiving of traditional folk, blues and western swing music.
His interest in Yoga and Philosophy started aged 18 and he takes an eclectic approach respecting all traditions.
