European Foreign Policy Scorecard 2013

The European Foreign Policy Scorecard is an innovative project that provides a systematic annual assessment of Europe’s performance in dealing with the rest of the world.

The first edition of ths Scorecard assessed European performance in 2010 - "year zero" for the new foreign policy framewrok that was created by the Lisbon Treaty. This third edition of the Scorecard assesses the performance assesses the performance of the 27 member states and the EU institutions on 79 policy areas arranged around the six key issues: relations with China, Russia, the United States, the Wider Europe and the Middle East and North Africa and performance in multlateral issues and crisis management.
