This third edition of the Scorecard assesses the performance assesses the performance of the 27 member states and the EU institutions on 79 policy areas arranged around the six key issues: relations with China, Russia, the United States, the Wider Europe and the Middle East and North Africa and performance in multlateral issues and crisis management.
