Description

“Adapt what is useful, reject what is useless, and add what is specifically your own...” Bruce Lee

Who is the typical amateur and whose example to follow?

Almost all publications dedicated to athletic (power) training of a fighter narrates about the achievements and methods of people genetically gifted by nature.
Let’s confess honestly - natural aptitude among the numerous army of people willing to become strong and independent is rather a rare phenomenon. Overwhelmingly the people who have made a decision to do regular power trainings cannot boast of outstanding natural features. So there is little chance that you are a rare exception to the rule.
So which training method should be selected by a common amateur with the average natural qualities who does not use steroids or other harmful pharmaceutical products?
Let’s come down to earth. An amateur-beginner with an average physical potential should pass through plenty of torments and disappointments in order to understand one key truth: he needs to approach to the development of his own (individual) programme reasonably and thoughtfully, and do not exhaust himself with the “star” systems.
I would like to reiterate that selecting traditionally power training systems which work for genetically gifted luckies using piles of pharmaceuticals is stupid and senseless.
Let us examine in more detail how the main differences between a genetically gifted athlete and a middle amateur are observed.
