A day in Auschwitz II - Birkenau is a book, where all the focus is on the Photos showing the concentration camp how it looked in 2012, many things has change since it was in full action in 1944.
I went there in 2012 to see this grim place, and try to understand how this place has been for the victims who came here.
By my photos I will try to give the viewer, a little of the feeling of what is left to day, that will remind us all of the terrible things, that has happened in Europe a few decades ago.
It is a grim place, but also at place with peace, and it is a monument over the terrible evilness and horror, that man have done to his fellow man.
If you come to Auschwitz even today, you will not be the same person when you leave again.
You will be a lot wiser, and probably a person who will fight against, that something similar to this ever will happen again.
This book will either prepare you for at visit in Auschwitz II - Birkenau, keep in mind what you saw on your visit, or maybe just give you a visual view of the concentration camp as it looks to day.
