When Lieutenant Elliott Stanton is unjustly convicted of rape he is sentenced to a twelve-year stretch in Fort Isaac prison. His military career is in ruins and he is blamed for the tragic death of the woman he had planned to marry.
But he somehow manages to escape and is hunted by men he previously fought alongside. Now they despise and disown him. Spurning the chance to flee to freedom, Stanton encounters further tragedy and hardship but vows to track down those who have blackened his name and robbed him of so much.
Forced to kill in his pursuit of revenge and justice, his nightmare continues when he faces the prospect of death by firing squad for a killing that he hasn’t done. Can he survive to clear his name?
