📖 Description
Joe Bonomo was a well-known stunt performer, weight lifter and a strongman. He was nicknamed "Toothpicks" as a kid, but soon afterwards he started exercising & eating right and in just a couple of years he went from a skinny kid to a gymnast, movie star and finally a strongman. Joe won the "Mr Modern Apollo" contest back in 1921 which granted him ten week movie contract, but he was most famous for his mail order course focused on bodybuilding in a form of magazine series.
Vibro-Power by Joe Bonomo is all about isometric & isotonic exercises which are often forgot in today's world of weightlifting and cardio machines. Here you'll find more than 80 exercises, exercising every muscle in a body. Bonomo claims that after just three weeks of these workouts you will see a change in your body just from these exercises.
