📖 Description
Joe Bonomo was a well-known stunt performer, weight lifter and a strongman. He was nicknamed "Toothpicks" as a kid, but soon afterwards he started exercising & eating right and in just a couple of years he went from a skinny kid to a gymnast, movie star and finally a strongman. Joe won the "Mr Modern Apollo" contest back in 1921 which granted him ten week movie contract, but he was most famous for his mail order course focused on bodybuilding in a form of magazine series.
Issued in 1965, this Pocket Book by Joe Bonomo contains a 3 week course on barbell exercises with workouts for every muscle in the body. The book is divided into charts for every day of the week with twenty eight detailed instructions for barbell workouts.
