Description

If you have ever thought “I’ll see what the successful entrepreneurs have done and then I’ll do the same”, this is your guide book.

Bill Rancic wrote a book ‘Beyond The Lemonade Stand’ which I’ve summarised and enhanced for you. This makes it a quicker, more insightful read.

I’ve added quotes and advice and tips from Donald Trump and other great entrepreneurs as well. There are over 100 useful tips in here.

Bill’s book is probably still for sale, but finding a copy may be difficult. My book is quicker and has more tips anyway.

In his book, Bill rambles through his boyhood which seems to have been happy. His parents were both academics, so being tutored and shown the merits of entrepreneurship in his after-school time was the way he grew up.

I've presented 100 top tips for entrepreneurs for you to consider. Take from this book everything which will help you be successful.

Young Bill’s first enterprise was a lemonade stand. Back in those days kids would squeeze lemons from the family lemon tree, add water and sugar to make the drink and sell it on the footpath. Servings were in family kitchen glasses stacked on a camping table outside their house. It was a popular first fling at private enterprise 101.

First lesson tp parents from Bill. Encourage your own youngsters to earn their own pocket money. Perhaps that was the greatest lesson Bill’s parents taught him.

Lesson from Uncle Brian. “It’s easier to get forgiveness than it is to get permission.” So do it until someone commands you to “cease and desist!” That can apply to almost everything you do.

When Bill and his sisters sold lemonade it was an adventure. They had fun making it and selling it. Bill also learned how to get along better with his sisters.

They had to make cooperative decisions and, being the young brother, he didn’t get much say. “That same situation happens in business too, when you’re a junior partner in a joint venture.”

“Business should be fun and filled with new and exciting challenges every day.”

Bill says business is much more than just making the most money you can in the shortest time possible. He gives lots of tips and key rules to finding happiness as a businessman*.
*Ladies, I’ve used business man for simplicity. Please adapt to suit yourself.

Have a passion for and truly enjoy whatever you do.

Be totally honest with people. There is no other way. That is why this book carries a 100% guarantee of your total satisfaction, or your money is refunded 100%.

Honour your word. A deal on a handshake is just as much a done deal as a legal contract on paper and signed.

Respect your reputation. It’s the most valuable business asset you have. Hard to acquire and quick to lose.

Work hard. Give the task your best effort. That way you’ll never have any regrets at midnight, even if you don’t do as well financially as you hoped.

I've put my best efforts into bringing this book to you. I hope it is the tiny seed which grows into a mighty empire for you. [As these principles have done for Donald Trump and Bill Rancic.] Or whatever it is you want to do.
