California Notary Public Fines and Penalties Cheat Sheet (2015): California State Approved

This cheat sheet contains all fines and penalties to which an active California Notary Public can be subject to while performing Notarial duties. Fines and penalties are imposed by California Secretary of State when Notarial laws are not followed.

This is not a substitute for a mandatory education course. This is a cheat sheet of four pages which compiles all fines and penalties in a tabular form for a quick glance. After applicants have successfully completed an approved education course this cheat sheet will further assist them in their Notary Public Exam.
