Description
“I like myself just the way I am†by Zan Sales is a story for children. This book was inspired by the secret Law of Attraction, which are the basics of the teaching of Abraham-Hicks (Esther Hicks and Jerry Hicks).
I believe that people who have been reading or studying the Law of Attraction agree that children are amazing creators who arrived from the non-physical not so long ago and they are empowered. However, the way our society is structured has a detrimental effect on their abilities to continue being the genius creators they are essentially.
It is not our intention, with this law of attraction book, to teach them anything, but to remind them what they already know.
Most children are in touch with their own inner being more than us, adults. That’s why they have incredible imagination. However, as they grow, we adults start instructing them, otherwise. This story book stimulates children to believe in themselves more and reminds them to listen to their own inner voice as was their intention from the beginning.
There’s a lot that us adults could learn from children. We need to get rid of the sense of scepticism about our future and start to listen more to our inner guidance.
It is a story of a peacock called Prince who has an inferiority complex because he heard some of his friends saying that his feathers were not as beautiful as they used to be. Prince, the peacock believes, as he learned during his childhood that it is very important to listen to other people’s advice even though it goes against what he truly believes. However, Prince has a true friend called Fabio, the fox. Fabio is wise and has been living a life of joy in the forest. Fabio reminds Prince of what he already knew by the clarity of his example.
The book shows different scenery which was illustrated by the author using a technique based in drawings and collage.
