Does God really give you any Choices?

If a snake speaks to you run away from it. Do you quarrel with God about the little events that ebb into your daily life? Did Christ make a poor decision regarding Judas? Why did God harden Pharaoh’s heart? (Or anyone’s heart for that matter.) Would God choose me and not my sister for salvation? These and other thoughts form the basis for this writing.
Living life is a challenge and God is in control. Both of these statements are true. The intention of this book is to provide a practical philosophical approach to a Bible study. By taking the Holy Scriptures as God’s truth when considering some of the more difficult conjectures that man makes this book explores the idea of free choices. I am under the opinion that absolute answers to every question is beyond our grasp. However, a level of comfort is needed by all regardless of your beliefs. Are you secure in your beliefs? What are the implications of freedom or from another angle the lack of decision making ability? The hope is that a reader finds enough insights to provide confidence in their own position. There is no pretention to be comprehensive but rather enough fodder to make most comfortable in their conclusions. Whether you agree or disagree with my thoughts you will be closer to answering some of the questions surrounding the hardening of Pharaoh’s heart. And perhaps some discernments into how predestined are you?
