Red walked onto Civvy Street a troubled soul. Time spent with the forces had left him with only one main skill ... warfare.

He’d seen some action, and he was good at it. At first booze filled the gap while trying to fit in but it was never easy. With flashbacks becoming more frequent life seemed too much of an effort. A wife he couldn’t settle with, children he struggled to be a father to ... Red had problems. The demons were strong, the pain ... sometimes too much to bare. Civvies would never understand ... it wasn’t their problem, and to be fair, loneliness he had accepted.
He could however be a very good provider. So Red became the third member of a Mercenary group, (Bounty Hunters) It’s all he knew, anyway the pay was good.
A few small ops had run reasonably well but they were few and far between.
This op was going to be different, a good earnings for a short period of work, not only that, a trip to Thailand was on the cards. Flushing a hit man out is always dangerous but being stitched up by the contacts was their biggest mistake.
On his own, hunted, Red reverts to what he’d always been... a survivor... turned predator.

This novel is a day-by-day account of a contract that could have cost him his life, consequently, it gave him his name... Bangkok Red.

This is the action packed the trip to Thailand I never took but wish I did, The thrill of the chase and the unknown are captured Perfectly in this book.
Hopefully Red will be back to entertain us soon.

V good storyline, action-packed - my version was downloaded in States. Seems to have been translated into another language then back again - meaning is clear.

A simple light read with a straightforward story and plot. Good descriptions of Bangkok, Chang Mai and Samui. Might be more to come?
