Concerned that the Pretty Little Liars aren’t getting enough proper exercise, Spencer’s mother arranges for Spencer, Aria, Hannah, and Emily to take a yoga class at the new Wellness Center in Rosewood. All is far from well, however, when the girls arrive at the location and discover major-league creepy Seth, the world’s youngest and most obnoxious psychic, conversing with Dr. Sullivan. And before the girls can get in their workout, the mysterious nine year old who lives in a doll hospital advises the pretty little liars that their lives are now officially in danger. The best exercise for them right now is getting on their high horses and racing as fast as they can out of town. Making matters worse for all the liars, “A” is back on the scene, and once again the malevolent text-message terrorist is doing her unlevel, wicked best to make the girls' lives miserable.
