Sheila Shanon has owned a hairdressing and beauty salon in a small town nestling below Mount Rainier (USA's third highest mountain) for many years.
Over the years, Sheila has had many hilarious and sometimes sad situations occur in her salon; there never seemed a day could pass without something happening in there. Sheila operates a unisex salon, so some of Sheila's stories will be about men as well as girls - sometimes both.
All stories are as written by Sheila herself and she has requested that no further editing be done and that they remain exactly as written - typos, minor errors and all!
The book kicks off with a short introduction by publisher David Roberts - who knows Sheila personally and she has cut his hair for many years. David sets the scene for you. Then comes Sheila's own (I Am) bio in which she explains the type of person she is and how she lives her life. This is followed by an interesting account of Sheila's experiences in Beauty School in Helena, Montana.
