Hostage

Soren Mallory, the only son of the king of Hoshran, is sent to the kingdom of Bocchar as a hostage after Hoshran is conquered to ensure that Hoshran pays its yearly tribute and remains compliant. Determined never to trust any Boccharan, Soren’s resolve is shaken when he meets and becomes attracted to the third prince of Bocchar, Eldin Korallin. But when a plot unfolds to free Hoshran from its subjugation, Soren is forced to choose between his passion for Eldin and his loyalty to his homeland.
