AIA Environmental; 99-2002 04/28/00

On September 21, 1999, OSHA compliance officer Douglas Avona inspected AIA s job site pursuant to a complaint about the site. As a result of the inspection, on October 7, 1999, AIA was issued two citations alleging serious and other-than-serious violations with a proposed total penalty in the amount of $4,000.00.
