SRS Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc; 09-0055 03/08/10

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration ("OSHA") conducted an inspection of an SRS Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. ("Respondent") worksite in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on November 4, 2008. As a result of that inspection, OSHA issued a Citation and Notification of Penalty to Respondent alleging two serious violations of the Act.
