Automation easier than driving

There are some reasons for me to decide to write this book. To make long story short I will tell you only three of them.
First of all, if you knew how to configure the automation system then, you would get much compensation. Actually I was the tail end when I was in my college. I can make a lot of excuses for that but I won’t because I think it is no use now. At that time studying computer and engineering subjects was really difficult for me. I couldn’t handle it properly. Even though I didn’t study well in my college, I’m good at handling automation system now. It’s easy, simple and fun for me to deal with it. When working with the active system I feel like I’m playing play station. So I laugh a lot while working. What I’m trying to say to you is that it is interesting field. You would have fun a lot. And it’s relatively new field in the engineering, so there are a lot of chance now. Sometimes you would feel burden since the cost of some projects is really expensive. But you could get really good salary if you have enough career and knowledge. For example, my current salary is 4 times more than my 1st one. For your information, I have 5 years experience only in the automation field.
Second, there were a lot of problems when I studied about the automation system. I couldn’t find the proper books or manuals. There was almost nobody who was willing to let me know it. After finishing several projects, I could understand the configuration of the hardware of the system finally. But that time I didn’t know how to configure the program or logic to operate the system.
Like this I had spent lots of time and had to transfer several companies to learn the system. Now I know what the system is and how to configure it. It took more than 3 years for me to get familiar with the automation system. It is one of the main reasons why I want to write this book. I want to help others who want to study about the automation system. I’d like to share what I know. In my experience, it would take around several years if someone tried to learn the system without the proper help. What if he or she got some guidelines from his or her senior engineer? He or she could reduce a lot of times to learn, and help his or her society, country, and world with his or her knowledge.
Last of all, I felt something strange during my study of the automation system. The automation system is one component of a project. Let’s say we want to make a department store. Then some people should build the building and some people should care about the HVAC (Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning) system. The HAVC system consists of installing necessary equipment, instruments and the system which controls and monitors them. The interesting thing is there are only a few people who understand the system in the project. So there are a lot of problems when I work for a project. Normally end users (the buyer) don’t know technologies at all. Neither do constructors. Only people who make the system know the system. It causes many problems such as poor quality, delays of the construction duration, etc.
I cannot understand this kind of situation. How buyers and users can buy systems properly without knowing what they will buy? Customers should know what they buy at least. Let’s think about when we buy our first car. We don’t know how to make cars but at least we study which function is good and which feature is no need for us. If you have a plan to start a project for you or your company then, you should understand and study the system properly. The more you understand the better system you can get.
