The ultimate aim and what is meant to be achieved through this book must have, by now, become clear to the readers. Simply put, man needs to progress which is a continuous process through generations. Hence his actions should be such as to create harmony in that basic unit —— man & wife. If this is achieved, it would be possible to raise a mentally and physically healthy and capable future generation to carry forward the progress made by their forefathers and also retain harmony among themselves.
