She meets another friend from college. He is also from the same secret fraternity.
The conflict arises between Raul and Vicky. Raul is an “outsider†and Vicky is from the secret fraternity but that does not give him power over Raul.

Raul is an outsider so he cannot be chosen as the member of their secret fraternity.
