“What do you mean?†Amanda asked curiously, mentally noting to pay close attention to him or she may be another victim.
“Well my pendant does most of the work. I simply hold it out at arm’s length like this and swing it back and forth as I speak†He told her.
She watched his pendant swinging and focused intently on every word he was saying. She was not going to fall for the same trick the others did.
“See I knew you would be smart enough to pay close attention. Not like Sarah, she became sleepy the instant she locked eyes on the pendant and was mine within a few minutes. I can tell you know how important it is to pay attention though†He told her.
“Of course!†Amanda scoffed, the idea that she would fall for his trick was laughable.
“Good, now as you see each time the pendant swings the spiral rotates. The pendant swings back and forth, back and forth. As you would know the more it swings the more intently you must focus on it to avoid slipping away†He told her.
Amanda didn’t know why she was letting him speak this long. Curiosity she supposed. After all a man that claimed he could entrance women to do his bidding didn’t come along every day.
“You know I won’t fall for it. So tell me what you did to Sarah†She demanded to know.
She watched the pendant swinging and found that focusing all her attention on it was easier than she thought. His words seemed much harder to follow.
“Well as I explained, she felt rather sleepy when she saw the pendant. I then asked her to remember how she felt the night I spent with her†He explained.
“Entranced, aroused, obedient†Sarah moaned lightly.
Amanda refused to be distracted by Sarah’s arousal, she kept looking at the pendant.
“Precisely Sarah. I then had her tell me what we did that night. If you had really seen the tapes you would know what I had her do wouldn’t you?†He asked Amanda.
“Yes†Amanda nodded, her eyes not leaving the pendant.
“Well, do tell me?†He asked her.
Amanda slipped the stun gun onto the table, it was heavy and was distracting her attention from the pendant.
