"...On earth as it's in heaven" Matthew 6:10
....a few subjects in the Table of Contents:
The Law of Rhythm - The Planets - The Law of Correspondence - Emmanuel Swedenborg contribution to the understanding of the scriptures
Why we need to know for ourselves
Facing East, on the Sahara Desert stands the magnificent, mysterious and feared Sphinx of Giza, also called the Sphinx of death. She greets the Sun each and every day at the birth of a new day.
In Greek myth it was said that the monster Sphinx would ask a riddle to each traveler, and would devour whoever could not answer correctly. The riddle which she asked of men was the riddle of life and death, a relevant question yesterday and today.
When Oedipus solved the riddle, she destroyed herself, as when man finds the true solution to the riddle of life, the sphinx of death ceases to exist as he starts his quest out of the material vehicle and in spirit with internal sight. However the main characteristic of matter is inertia which is the tendency to remain at rest until acted upon by a force that sets it in motion.
Our spiritual evolution requires our effort as he that seeks finds the understanding of the Universal Law of Rhythm.
