West of Black Sea UFO encounters

The present book summarizes the UFO phenomena at the Black Sea and nearby regions the author observed during his collaborations on associated radio-nuclear phenomena research.
A lot of mystery is surrounding the Black Sea, and its vicinities where various strange phenomena occur, recalling the terrible Bermuda Triangle. Several unexplained disappearances, USOs (Unidentified Submersible Objects) coming from below, plus some magnetic anomalies measured scientifically, all point to the Black Sea as an area that deserves to be thoroughly explored.
The territory west of the Black Sea also had a long history of UFO encounters, strange places where some abnormal activities were reported, most recently culminating with a tangential collision of a MIG-21 Lancer with a solid unidentified object flying at 6500 m (20,000 ft) altitude, ended with minor damages to MIG, where the nearby camera and radars, got their images excluding to be any airborne object belonging to known terrestrial powers.
The book, presents the encounters, as they appeared, and were related by the witnesses without making an in-depth analysis, judging or labeling the witnesses, giving the facts and data in its raw form, with comments and advice based on author technical expertise gradually gained over the time.
The book presents the author’s struggle to provide better systems with emphasis on nuclear technologies to measure and qualify these encounters; in the effort to learn as much as possible from each event, and also underlines how unprepared is other technology to approach this planetary scale phenomenon. The author is convinced that the extraterrestrial presence on Earth, is strong and diverse, and the last years’ developments in technology made the reports of strange objects more visible than ever.
The author’s opinion is that at least twenty spaceships and several terrestrial bases are continuously used in stealth mode by more than six galactic civilizations, that seem to have reached an agreement on Earth’s subspace peaceful (joint) use, and only rare incidents make them visible. The main accidents of the civilization, makes them more visible, being present in those places, similar to news agencies reporters, and from time to time are visible by collateral effects near hubs zones, or when they are in distressed conditions.
The author recommends a calm attitude of cooperation and peaceful observation, declassification of all the data by the states military and secret organizations and the formation of large teams equipped with all necessary tools able to monitor the events and provide needed help and support to extraterrestrial crews in distress.
The author acknowledges that the extraterrestrial phenomena is a deep discomfort to any military structure forced to acknowledge that is unable to provide defense in front such of objects, only one of them being able to confront and defeat the entire US defense systems, and recommends caution in increasing the interaction with them due to spread of terrestrial technology and population increase, in order to avoid misunderstandings and have them feel threatened and forced to use their defense technology.
The author also recommends states and governments to intensify the research and development process in energy and space applications, solving the major problems of our civilization, such as energy, pollution, food, water and ecosystem, making Earth a better planet they might enjoy to visit and cooperate, avoiding fierce competition for the same scarce resources.
The book is an invitation for the reader to learn about the events, and think (think what?) in order to develop a fear free attitude towards this phenomena, that was present long time before our civilization was born, that deeply influenced our evolution, religion and some technological developments, inspiring many people over the time. It is now the right time to introduce the extraterrestrial term into the equation of our civilization development.
