In his new book, Prince Charming, Jonathan offers vivid, masterful descriptions and colorful insights into the continuing saga of the two generations introduced in his first two books. The innocence of young love contrasts sharply with scenes of vindictive treachery, as this amazing story unfolds. The plot cleverly navigates some incredible twists and turns as the characters attempt to build their own lives with only a limited awareness of Constance’s determination to control every possible outcome. Ultimately, as Constance manages to conquer her own demons, her daughter, Elizabeth, comes to realize a critical truth of her own. Once again, Eloff has cleverly created a page turner with some unexpected and often surprising results. Jonathan won major concessions for these 2nd editions— permission to include some private details of this real life love story. When you understand his relationship to characters within his novels, you’ll know that was tricky, but the poignant Christmas Eve scene between Elizabeth and Nicholas is so important for this story’s future, that some of the book’s characters agreed to shed the comfortably safe veneers of “youthful innocence” they’d earlier enjoyed in his novels. In this book, you’ll be privy to quite an unusual Christmas Eve, and you’ll no doubt smile as you realize how cleverly Elizabeth turned a playful fantasy into a powerful real life truth encounter—one that Nicholas never even saw coming, but which had him finally reveal to her, his true feelings, and hers to him, in relative safety.
