Norair has over 31 years of commercial real estate investment experience as an investor, developer, landlord, real estate broker, and lecturer along the way. As a certified instructor with the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) Real Estate College since 1988, Norair has found sharing valuable real estate concepts both enjoyable and rewarding. He has served on numerous committees of the Toronto Real Estate Board and was elected on three occasions to serve on the Executive Council of the Commercial Division. Norair has been the past President of the Metro East Chamber of Commerce and a Rotarian. Norair is currently the President and Broker of Record of Envoy Capitol Realty Inc., Brokerage in Toronto, Canada.
