The Bible Belt South; alleged child killer Robert Lee St.John is on trial. Three young boys brutally murdered, and the police have their man. The evidence against Bob Lee is solid, with forensic proof of his guilt. But a key witness has been threatened, the mother of the third victim. On the stand she blurts out the truth of Bob Lee's actions against her son and the two previous victims. But the evidence against the two priors is circumstantiial, and disallowed in court. A mistrial is called, a new trial is ordered, and the killer walks free. The rules aren't broken, the system is, and while legalities drag on, Bob Lee plans his escape, and his final atrocity, one last innocent victim. The Commandments are God's gift to the world, common sense rules for living. Break the rule, pay the price; a simple formula. Most people appreciate that simplicity, a few actually live by them. One night the killer vanishes. Proof of his murderous final intention winds up with the police. A life is saved, justice is done as it should have been done.
