Those who know they exist call them Pale Killers - ghosts, fiends who sleep during the day, and hunt at night.

When Thaddeus Taskill awakes one morning in the apparently abandoned village of Graffdale, he embarks on a mystery tour of the village, slowly unravelling the strange puzzle behind the disappearance of all the people.

Life in Graffdale is groundhog day, and even after several escape attempts Thaddeus always finds himself awakening in the same room of the strange Masters Lodge Hotel, where a terrible horror is waiting for him to discover.

A desperate struggle for survival ensues, but the horror of the Pale Killers has only just begun...
