The Lazy Person's Workout aka "Exercising in Bed" was created as a solution to Sanford Bennett's health issues which he encountered at the age of 50. In this book you'll find 35 different exercises, all of which should be done at your own bed before you get up in the morning. This set of workouts helped Sanford to overcome health problems and become young looking man at 70, which is well documented in clinical reports you'll find in the book. Even though some people might think all this workouts are to be done in bed without equipment, that's not entirely true. For some exercises you'll need a pair od dumbbells, but for most you really just need a bed and your own bodyweight. Moreover, Sanford's exercises focus on the entire body, so you can expect to see ab exercises, shoulder exercises, neck exercises and even flexibility exercises you can do at your own home.
