BACK and FORTH:

Back and Forth is set in 2040 and 1066. The disappearance of a misjudged scientist in 1966, the purchase of his derelict home. The renovation and discovery of a clandestine laboratory, and what turns out to be a time machine (a prototype?) found in a hidden cellar, sets my mind racing faster than an out of control roller-coaster. The time was ripe to do something about this humiliation by William the Conqueror 974 years previous. The opportunity would never come again. I would see to it that England shall never be invaded again. Secretly, I gather scientist, engineers and close friends to advise and devise ways and means to bring about the reversal of this most ignominious defeat. Will King Harold accept help from these angels? Or are these men demons? What happens next? Will these Wizards from the 21st Century bring England out of the Iron Age, and into a peaceful, happy and enlightened environment? Or, will an oppressive anti-continent regime rule this land, and, if so, how could it be reversed? For good or evil, we must see what happens.
