Author's Note:
Upon initially releasing the first edition of this book it was brought to my attention that a minority of mistakes were unfortunately still present. These have all been corrected. Those of you purchased the original volume need not feel forced to purchase this updated version to have a complete experience - the changes were minor and none of them affected the content directly.

One issue of importance however is that two minor characters had their incorrect names used in the first edition of 'Life Beneath the Sky.' These were their working names, and not the finalized versions. Please check for S.D. Foxcraft on Facebook for updates and a note of these name changes.

Original Description:
In the 1860’s the Edo era was coming to an end. Many samurai in Japan were aware of this upcoming change, the citizens around them desiring a spread of control from a single power-hungry ruler, to a group of selected representatives. The warrior class was being threatened. The samurai way of life coming to a close.

One clan still remained with absolute power, serving under the Shogun directly. By their hand a hope remained to smite the rebellion and protect the Edo era. These men had faith in the Shogun, a belief that he could fully restore the great land into one powerful nation once again.

Meanwhile, many other horrible elements are underway. Plans from a place beyond are beginning to tear at the lives of all those in the world. Agendas are convoluted and mysterious, shaping an agonizing existence for those that are to be tortured by the sins of the past.
