Rotten Legend

Rural North Carolina is home to the Burkville Mental Institution, where controversial research is being conducted on Schizophrenia and various other mental disorders. The research is promising, until something goes awry. Rage ensues. Mutated bodies stagger through the halls, tearing each other apart.

Just up the road, a hermit who has something in common with the patients indulges his own twisted appetite.
