A Man Left Behind

Vietnam vet and private detective Von Orr wakes up a hornets nest when he sets forth to deliver a key to the brother of a Ranger team member who died in a helicopter crash in Vietnam 41 years ago. Police Detective Pat Brenner, a veteran of the war in Iraq and Afghanistan, relentlessly chases Orr to arrest him for the death of a man in Rhode Island. The chase takes Orr from Maine to Florida to Colorado and Nebraska. Orr's girlfriend Abby, a young and talented plastic surgeon, finds herself endangered by Orr's seemingly reckless actions, and is drawn romantically to Brenner. Meanwhile, several vets from Orr's old Ranger company take violent measures to prevent Orr from fulfilling his promise. The value of the key is revealed in a final showdown in Sidney, Australia.
