The American Way

Kid B, Gadget Man and Bear, they’re The American Way, and they’re the greatest heroes in the world.

The problem is, they’re not in their world anymore. They’ve chased the evil genius Dr. Brain through a doorway into another dimension and suddenly all of their powers and weapons are useless. The trio have to find a way to capture their nemesis and get back home before it’s too late.

The rules of this new world, however, are different and it’s wearing their bodies down. Weakened, sick, confused, The American Way battles the clock and an ever-malicious population of natives, but in this harsh new environment there’s no guarantee they’ll all make it back in one piece. And when one of them falls, there’s no telling what the others might do to avenge him.

Horror author C. Dennis Moore brings his love of comics and superheroes to the fore in this adventure beyond the panel.

C. Dennis Moore is the author of over 60 published short stories and novellas in the speculative fiction genre. Most recent appearances were in Dark Highlands 2, What Fears Become, Dead Bait 3 and Dark Highways. His novels are Revelations, and the Angel Hill stories, The Man in the Window, The Ghosts of Mertland and The Third Floor. He has been an avid comic book reader since the age of 15.
