With separations and divorce being the order of the day, it’s evident that marriage institution is under attack and that Christians and non-Christians are alike affected. Indeed the old adage is being reached – marriage is like a besieged city; those in it want to come out and those outside it want to come in. This has also led to many unanswered questions that this book will be trying to answer.
Does marriage work in the modern world? Can a couple uphold the marriage vows made during the wedding service? Can true love exist in marriage in a world plagued by temptations to sexual compromises? Is understanding between a husband and a wife possible in a world of social pressure? Is a Christian marriage possible in a world that is increasingly sold out to secularism and ungodly tendencies?
I believe that the Bible has answers to these and many other questions regarding marriage institution. I believe God is the founder and sustainer of marriage and that faith in Him is the flame that can keep the fire of love burning between a man and a woman in a marriage relationship. This book lays down significant tools, illustrations and essential principles that point to Christ as the true foundation of marriage. This work is a collection of knowledge and experience in counseling, coaching, teaching and ministry during my long service as a relationship coach and Bible teacher in different parts of the world
