History: Since ancient times were used in India, China and Egypt aromatic essences to heal, and then in Greece and Rome. In the tenth century, Avicenna, the great Arab physician, created the distillation vapor stream and massage techniques still applicable.
In the seventeenth century the Latin tradition succeeds Nicholas Culpeper dissemination by translating ancient medical texts in English and in the twentieth century the technique grew with perfection in the methods of obtaining essences.
