Description
YES, YOU CAN PASS ANY CERTIFICATION TEST!
Today’s job market, especially as it pertains to Information Technology, Health Care, Education, Nursing and other fields remains highly competitive. We are still in a tight job market and the various certifications are one way to set your resume apart from the competition. As a hiring manager, I’ve reviewed hundreds of resumes, most from excellent candidates. However, I want to assure that who I am hiring has solid knowledge about the area that they claim expertise in. While a college degree can place you in the “to be reviewed” queue, certifications can set you apart from other candidates.
This eBook will help you put into action a solid plan so that you can achieve certification in Cisco (CCNA, CCNP, etc.), CISSP, and Project Management (PMP) or help you to pass a standardized test like the GRE, GMAT, LSAT, and others. This is a call to action and planning! No longer do you need to pay for a test prep course where, typically, you’ll spend the first several hours going over material in the eBook and then having someone read to you from a text or PowerPoint. The key benefit with this eBook is to build your plan, execute your plan, save money on test preps or boot camps while achieving a pass!
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
I have been in the technology industry for a long time. I’ve been a programmer, a networking engineer, a systems analyst, a project manager and many other technical positions over the past many years. I’ve also been involved in data security, database design, data modeling (a fancy word for designing data as it flows through a system), and information security. I also have a Ph.D. in Computer Technology and have several industry-level certifications that include MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer), CCNA, CCAI (Cisco Certified Academy Instructor), CCNP, CCNA-Security, CISSP, PMP (Project Management Professional), and a few others. I’ve been a university professor in Computer Science and Computer Information Systems at several universities including (but not limited to) the University of Maryland University College, University of California Los Angeles, Northern Arizona University, and a few others over the years. I mention this only to note my passion and focus in Information Systems and Information Technology. Mostly, I love writing about technology!
